Welcome to BuildrMate — your all-in-one power tool for outdoor builders. This Refund Policy explains our position on payments, cancellations, and refund requests for our digital services and software subscriptions. By purchasing or subscribing to any BuildrMate plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to BuildrMate are final and non-refundable. Because our products and services are digital in nature, access is granted immediately after purchase or subscription activation. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase,
- Unused time or features within an active subscription,
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle, or
- Dissatisfaction with features that have been clearly described or demonstrated on our platform.
- We strongly encourage users to review all details, pricing, and available demos or documentation before completing a purchase.
2. Trial and Evaluation Periods
If BuildrMate offers a free trial or demo period, it allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. Once a paid subscription begins, no refunds will be issued — regardless of whether the service is fully utilised or not. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time without notice.
3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
- BuildrMate subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals but will not generate a refund for the current period.
- You will retain access to all paid features until your current billing period expires.
- No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds will be provided once a subscription has started.
4. Billing Errors and Technical Issues
We take billing accuracy seriously. If you believe you were charged incorrectly — such as a duplicate transaction, wrong amount, or technical glitch — please notify us within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Our support team will review your case promptly. If the error originated from BuildrMate’s billing system, we may, at our discretion: Issue a full or partial credit, or Adjust your subscription term accordingly. Refunds will not be granted for user-side issues such as lost login credentials, internet interruptions, or local device incompatibility.
5. Account Termination
BuildrMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, Fair Use Policy, or Intellectual Property Guidelines. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
6. Changes to Pricing and Features
From time to time, we may update our pricing plans, introduce new features, or retire old ones. Existing subscribers will be notified of any significant price or policy changes before their next renewal date. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
